Consent to the cross-border transfer of personal data
This Consent is signed separately from Terms of Use and Privacy Policies in accordance with Part 4, Art. 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 07/27/2006 "On Personal Data".

The Subject is an individual who uses the Sonar Assistant desktop application. The Subject's surname, given name, patronymic, and contact details are determined from the User's account data in the Service.

6. Notification to Roskomnadzor
The notification of intent to conduct cross-border transfers of personal data has been submitted to the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) and approved without restrictions.
7. Consent validity period
For the duration of the User's account in the Service.
8. Consent revocation procedure
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by:
- written request to support@sonarsense.io
- withdrawal of consent in your personal account under “Consents”
Withdrawing consent makes it impossible to use Service functions that require cross-border personal data transfer (speech recognition and AI prompt generation), as these functions are implemented with the involvement of processors outside the Russian Federation.
