Consent to the processing of personal data

This Consent is executed separately from Terms of Use and Privacy Policies in accordance with Part 1, Art. 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 07/27/2006 "On Personal Data" (as amended on 09/01/2025). By checking the box during registration, the Subject confirms their specific, informed, and conscious consent.

1. Operator

SONAR LLC, INN 3666278212, OGRN 1263600003952, Voronezh. Contact for personal data processing: support@sonarsense.io. Registered in the Roskomnadzor operators registry No. 36-26-044855.

2. List of Personal Data

Surname, given name; email address; organization name (if provided); account and authentication data; the content and metadata of materials that the Subject uploads or creates in SonarSense services (including audio and text recordings of business communications), as well as processing results derived from them.

3. Processing purposes

Registration and account management; provision and operation of SonarSense services; speech recognition and generation of analytics and prompts based on uploaded materials; ensuring security and support. Processing is carried out to the extent necessary for these purposes.

4. Transfer to processors and cross-border transfer

To achieve these purposes, the Operator entrusts processing to third-party processors (infrastructure, speech recognition, and language model providers) under an agreement pursuant to Article 6 of 152-FZ. This includes cross-border transferpersonal data to foreign countries, including toGermany, USA, and China, in accordance with article 12 of 152-FZ. The data subject is informed that the USA is not among the countries that ensure adequate protection of data subjects' rights.

5. Term and revocation

Consent remains valid from the date it is provided until the purposes of processing are achieved or consent is withdrawn. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a request to support@sonarsense.io. After consent is withdrawn, the Operator will stop processing and destroy the personal data within 30 days, unless otherwise required by law.
