How does call analysis work?

Upload a recording or connect telephony. SonarSense will prepare a transcript with speaker diarization and timestamps, evaluate sales stages, and provide recommendations. After connecting a supported PBX, new recordings arrive automatically.

Open the call card to check the summary, evaluations, and specific remarks. On the dashboard, you can compare managers and periods, identify weak stages, and select conversations for review. Processing time depends on recording duration and load.

What result will I get?

For each processed call: transcript, summary, SQI sales quality score, and recommendations. For sales conversations, a deal probability forecast and signals of doubts, objections, and conflicting language are available.

For the team: performance dynamics, comparison of managers, and sales stages. A manager can go from a general trend to a specific call and verify the conclusion by remarks. AI assessment helps prioritize analysis; it does not guarantee a deal closure.

How much does it cost?

Free plan: 100 basic calls and up to 190 bonus calls for completing product onboarding steps. No card needed to get started.

Paid plans: "Start" from 2990 ₽/month and "Professional" from 9990 ₽/month. They differ in the number of calls and managers. For large teams, there is "Corporate". The full composition and prices are shown in the "Plans" section; before payment, you will see the selected conditions.

Question 4

Can I try for free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, up to 290 calls without card linking. When you create an organization, you get 100 basic calls. Up to 190 more can be obtained for email confirmation, profile completion, telephony connection, uploading the first call, and inviting a colleague who starts using the service.

Bonus tasks are available for 14 days after registration. For each completed task, the bonus is credited once; progress is visible on the application's main page. The basic free quota is issued once and is not renewed monthly.

How accurately is speech recognized?

Quality depends on the recording itself: microphone, noise, simultaneous speech, and professional terms. Sonar recognizes speech, separates manager and client remarks, and adds timestamps.

The transcript is available in the call card. Names, amounts, numbers, and dates that affect the decision should be cross-referenced with the audio. If participants interrupt each other or sound drops out, accuracy may decrease.

What if the recording quality is poor?

A recording with clear speech from both participants is best. Strong noise, echo, sound dropouts, and simultaneous speech can affect both the transcript and subsequent evaluation.

If the analysis ended with an error, check that the file opens and contains a conversation. For important conclusions, compare the transcript with the recording. If the problem recurs, contact support and specify the problematic call.

Does it connect to our phone system?

Open the "Integrations" section and select your provider. The card will show the available connection method and necessary parameters. After configuring a supported PBX, recordings will automatically be sent to Sonar.

A list of providers and the readiness of specific connections are provided in the application. If your service is not listed, please contact support. While the connection is being set up, recordings can be uploaded manually.

Question 8

How is data protected, and what about Federal Law No. 152-FZ?

Access to calls is limited by your organization and participant rights. Service data is stored on servers in Russia; connection to the site is protected by HTTPS. Speech and text processing may include external AI services in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Before uploading recordings, ensure a legal basis for their processing and necessary participant notifications. Detailed conditions, the composition of processed data, and the deletion procedure are described in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

How long does implementation take?

You can start with one recording. Register, create an organization, and upload a call. This way, you will see the transcript, summary, and evaluations before connecting telephony.

Then add your team, connect your PBX, and, if necessary, configure evaluation criteria. The timeframe depends on access to your telephony and internal approvals. Support will help with setup.

Can it be customized for our sales scripts?

Basic SQI evaluates general sales stages. Company context helps interpret the conversation considering the product and business area.

Up to 60 custom evaluation criteria are available starting with the Start plan. Add a script and configure which manager actions need to be checked. The allowed number of criteria depends on the plan and is shown before activation.

What is SQI?

Accepted Answer

SQI, Sales Quality Index, is a score from 0 to 100. It helps compare conversations by the same rules and track changes in team performance.

The basic score includes five stages: greeting and establishing contact, needs identification, solution presentation, objection handling, and closing the conversation. Each stage can be reviewed in the call card. SQI describes the quality of the conversation and is not equal to the probability of closing a deal.

How does Sonar differ from other solutions?

Sonar Insight helps analyze past calls: it combines transcript, quality assessment, customer signals, and recommendations with analytics for managers and the team.

Sonar Assistant helps during the conversation: it transcribes and, upon your request, suggests an answer based on the context. These are different products from the same company. Access conditions and tariffs for each product are listed on its page.
