How much does it cost?

Free plan: 100 basic calls and up to 190 bonus calls for completing product onboarding steps. No card needed to get started.

Paid plans: "Start" from 2990 ₽/month and "Professional" from 9990 ₽/month. They differ in the number of calls and managers. For large teams, there is "Corporate". The full composition and prices are shown in the "Plans" section; before payment, you will see the selected conditions.

Can I try for free?

Yes, up to 290 calls without card linking. When you create an organization, you get 100 basic calls. Up to 190 more can be obtained for email confirmation, profile completion, telephony connection, uploading the first call, and inviting a colleague who starts using the service.

Bonus tasks are available for 14 days after registration. For each completed task, the bonus is credited once; progress is visible on the application's main page. The basic free quota is issued once and is not renewed monthly.

How long does implementation take?

You can start with one recording. Register, create an organization, and upload a call. This way, you will see the transcript, summary, and evaluations before connecting telephony.

Then add your team, connect your PBX, and, if necessary, configure evaluation criteria. The timeframe depends on access to your telephony and internal approvals. Support will help with setup.

Question 4

Does it connect to our phone system?

Accepted Answer

Open the "Integrations" section and select your provider. The card will show the available connection method and necessary parameters. After configuring a supported PBX, recordings will automatically be sent to Sonar.

A list of providers and the readiness of specific connections are provided in the application. If your service is not listed, please contact support. While the connection is being set up, recordings can be uploaded manually.

Can it be customized for our sales scripts?

Basic SQI evaluates general sales stages. Company context helps interpret the conversation considering the product and business area.

Up to 60 custom evaluation criteria are available starting with the Start plan. Add a script and configure which manager actions need to be checked. The allowed number of criteria depends on the plan and is shown before activation.
