152-FZ — servers in Russia
Personal data is stored and processed on servers in the Russian Federation. Call recordings and transcripts do not leave the perimeter.
TLS 1.3 encryption and at rest
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. It cannot be intercepted or read outside the system.
Access control (RBAC)
Access is only for the account owner and assigned users with roles. A manager sees their own, a supervisor sees the department.
Consent to biometric data processing for Sonar Assistant
Real-time voice recognition is enabled only with explicit consent to the processing of biometric data, as required by law.
LLM analysis without saving transcript
LLM analysis is performed without saving the transcript on the model provider's side — conversation text is not stored by third parties.
Data deletion on request
Recordings, transcripts, and analytics are deleted at your request. You remain the data owner and control their lifecycle.
